Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
